Team composition
- 3 players on the court at all times
- Maximum 2 substitutes per team
- Mixed-gender within a team forbidden (separate M and F brackets)
- All players must be registered before the tournament starts
- Designated captain for each team (referee's spokesperson)
Game duration
- 10 minutes of effective play
- Clock stops on whistles, free throws and timeouts
- First to 21 points OR highest score at end of regulation
- 1 timeout per team per game (30 seconds)
- If tied at the end: overtime until 2-point lead
Scoring
- 1 point for any basket inside the arc
- 2 points for any basket beyond the arc
- 1 point per free throw
- No 3-point shots in streetball — that's its signature
Possession & check-ball
- Initial possession by coin flip
- After made basket: possession to the defending team, check-ball behind the arc
- After foul: check-ball to offense, behind the arc
- Once the ball is "checked", play resumes
- No sideline inbounds — everything restarts from top of the arc
Fouls & sanctions
- No bonus before 7th team foul — beyond that, free throws
- 2 flagrant individual fouls = ejection from the game
- Unsportsmanlike conduct sanctioned (1st warning, 2nd ejection)
- Substitution allowed only on dead ball
Tournament format
- 32 teams total: 16 M + 16 F
- Parallel brackets, same game conditions
- Single elimination from round 1 — no second chance
- 30 games over 2 days
- Finals Sunday April 25, 2027
- Identical prize money M and F
Eligibility & registration
- Adult players (18+ on tournament day)
- Pro and amateur players accepted without distinction
- Registration via the official form on the website, subject to acceptance
- Registration fee: free for the 1st edition
- Commitment to attend both days if qualified
Equipment
- Jerseys provided by the organization for games
- Basketball shoes required
- Official Wilson FIBA 3x3 ball (size 6)
- No visible jewelry or piercings during games
